Napoli Secures Rrahmani's Future Until 2029
Napoli and Amir Rrahmani have agreed on new contract terms, with the official announcement pending.
The defender from Kosovo has reached an agreement with Aurelio De Laurentiis for an extension that will keep him at the club until 2029. The deal is reportedly worth around €3.8 million per season. This new arrangement extends his current contract, which was set to expire in 2027, by two years.
Rrahmani: A Key Player Under Allegri at Napoli
This new contract underscores Rrahmani's importance to Napoli's plans. He joined in 2020 and has since become a consistent presence in the defense. His role has remained central under Massimiliano Allegri, having already appeared in six matches this season and contributed an assist in 540 minutes of play.
The agreement also addresses recent speculation linking the former Verona centre-back with potential moves to England, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia.
Napoli's previous deal included an option to extend his contract until 2028. The new terms provide an additional year, removing any uncertainty about his future with the club.
