Juventus Eye Jashari Despite Challenging Milan Season

Juventus are reportedly interested in signing Milan midfielder Ardon Jashari, who has experienced a difficult debut season at the San Siro.

The Bianconeri are actively seeking to strengthen their central midfield for the upcoming summer transfer window, and the Swiss international Jashari has emerged as a prominent name on their shortlist, according to reports from La Gazzetta dello Sport.

La Gazzetta dello Sport indicates that Juventus is closely monitoring the Milan midfielder, with a clear objective to secure a new deep-lying playmaker for the 2026-27 campaign. Jashari made the move to Milan from Club Brugge last summer for a fee of €34 million plus add-ons. However, his season was significantly impacted by a severe fibula injury sustained just days into training.

Consequently, Jashari has accumulated only 657 minutes of playing time across all competitions this season, featuring in just 13 matches and spending 15 games on the bench.

Juventus had previously expressed interest in Jashari last year and may consider a transfer this summer if Milan’s financial expectations are deemed favorable. Other midfield targets for Juventus include Bernardo Silva of Manchester City and Pierre-Emile Højbjerg of Marseille. Discussions have already commenced with Bernardo Silva’s representatives, as his contract with Manchester City is set to expire in June 2026 without renewal.
