Jeremy Ranch Golf & Country Club Renews Operations Contract
Landscapes Golf Management has secured a multi-year contract extension to manage the private Jeremy Ranch Golf & Country Club in Park City, Utah. This decision comes after the company significantly boosted club usage and profitability annually.
Since 2013, Landscapes Golf Management has overseen Jeremy Ranch's business strategy, course maintenance, clubhouse operations, marketing, IT, staffing, food and beverage services, health and wellness programs, merchandise, golf instruction, and financial management.
Over the past 13 years, Jeremy Ranch has seen a 200% increase in revenue and a 544% rise in net operating income. This growth is partly attributed to a diverse program lineup, including virtual concerts, wine events, trivia nights, themed dinners, a wine society, junior golf activities, indoor golf simulators, and a Nordic skiing track developed by Olympic gold medalist Billy Demong.
The club also serves as a popular venue for private events, combining sophisticated ambiance with the scenic beauty of the Wasatch Mountains.
In the last year, the golf course underwent a comprehensive renovation of its greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, and practice facilities.
“Partnering with Landscapes Golf Management is one of the best decisions ownership has ever made,” stated Chris Gies, President of Jeremy Ranch Golf & Country Club. “Our members and guests actively engage with the club, leading to improved community satisfaction and financial health.”
“Our on-site team, led by 2025 LGM General Manager of the Year Brian Wright, supported by regional and home-office staff, continues to make Jeremy Ranch a highly desirable club in the area,” said Tom Everett, President of Landscapes Golf Management. “Our business and service approaches are effective, execution is consistent, and we look forward to further developing Jeremy Ranch.”
“I must also acknowledge the consistent leadership of Jake Hanley, PGA Director of Golf at Jeremy Ranch for nearly 30 years. Jake has been a stable presence during our tenure, and we appreciate his dedication,” Everett added.
From 1982 to 1992, Jeremy Ranch, featuring a renowned Arnold Palmer design, hosted the annual Senior PGA Tour event “Shootout at Jeremy Ranch,” featuring golf legends like Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, Billy Casper, Ben Crenshaw, and Chi Chi Rodriguez.
Jeremy Ranch is a key property in Landscapes Golf Management's portfolio, which includes other prominent private clubs such as Lost Rail Golf Club (Gretna, Neb.), Mapleton Golf Club (Sioux Falls, Iowa), and River Run Country Club (Davidson, N.C.). Sutton Bay (Ager, S.D.) is consistently recognized as the No. 1 club in Golfweek's “Best State by State” rankings.
