Bernardo Silva Focused on Title Race, Juventus Pushing for Free Transfer

Bernardo Silva is reportedly concentrating on the Premier League title race and intends to make a decision about his next club in May. Meanwhile, Juventus is actively working to secure his services on a free transfer.

Juventus has expressed strong interest in Manchester City captain Bernardo Silva, who has confirmed his departure from the Premier League club at the end of his contract in June.

According to reports from La Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus director Damien Comolli has recently held further discussions with the midfielder’s agent, Jorge Mendes. The Turin-based club is said to be in a favorable position to sign the Portuguese international.

However, Bernardo Silva is not rushing his decision and will only finalize his future plans in May, after the conclusion of the Premier League season, where his current team, Manchester City, is competing for the title against Arsenal.

La Gazzetta dello Sport confirms that Juventus has presented their project to Bernardo Silva, including a contract offer of €7 million per season. Nevertheless, Juventus is not the sole suitor, with Barcelona, Benfica, Galatasaray, and several clubs from MLS and the Saudi Pro League also vying for the midfielder’s signature.
