There's a growing sentiment from Italian media that AC Milan winger Rafael Leao might remain with the Rossoneri for the 2026-27 season. Neither Turkish clubs Galatasaray nor Fenerbahce have successfully concluded a deal for the Portuguese international.

AC Milan has been actively seeking to sell Leao this summer. The 26-year-old, who has spent seven seasons at San Siro, has publicly expressed his feeling that it's the right time to pursue a new challenge and move on.

However, as of now, Milan has struggled to find a buyer that meets both the club's and the player's financial expectations. Leao has previously voiced his ambition to play in the Premier League or La Liga.
