Napoli Present Deep Red Third Kit for 2026/27 Season
Napoli has revealed its third kit for the upcoming 2026/27 season, a striking design in a deep red hue that serves as a tribute to the iconic jersey worn during their 1987 Scudetto triumph.
In collaboration with EA7, the sports division of the renowned Emporio Armani fashion house, the Partenopei have introduced this special edition jersey. The unveiling coincides with a significant milestone for the club, as this year marks their centenary, having been founded in August 1926. This historical context is directly reflected in the choice of the jersey's color and design.
A Blend of Past and Future in Napoli's Third Kit
The club's official statement highlights that the choice of red not only commemorates the 40th anniversary of Diego Armando Maradona's legendary side clinching their first Serie A title in the 1986/87 season but also symbolizes the 'fiery peak' of Mount Vesuvius, the iconic volcano that overlooks the azure waters of the Bay of Naples.
Further design elements include a ribbed collar and sleeve cuffs adorned with white and light blue striped inserts. Notably, both the club crest and the EA7 logo are presented in an inverted orientation on the kit.
The launch campaign for the new jersey featured a compelling video directed by Gabriele Savino and produced by Luca Gardella.
