Milan Tables New €22m Offer for Corinthians Midfielder André
AC Milan has reportedly submitted an enhanced offer of €22 million for highly-rated Corinthians midfielder André, following previous internal disagreements within the Brazilian club regarding his potential transfer.
The 19-year-old talent is widely considered one of Brazil's most promising young players and has expressed a strong desire to join the Rossoneri. To help finalize the move, André was even willing to forfeit his 30% stake in the deal, but a prior €17 million agreement was still blocked by Corinthians President Osmar Stabile.
Milan Returns with Improved Bid for André
After a few weeks, Milan has now returned with a significantly improved proposal totaling €22 million, according to reports from Brazil. This new bid includes €18 million upfront and an additional €4 million in performance-related bonuses.
It remains uncertain if this revised offer will be sufficient to secure the transfer, especially given that André is under contract with Corinthians until December 2029. Since his promotion to the senior squad, he has contributed four goals in 28 competitive appearances.
Milan faces competition for André's signature from other top European clubs, including Atletico Madrid, who reportedly view him as a potential alternative to Atalanta’s Ederson.
