Juventus Finalizes Jhon Lucumi Transfer for €20 Million Including Bonuses
Juventus and Bologna have reportedly reached a verbal agreement for the transfer of Colombian international Jhon Lucumi. The deal is valued at €20 million, which includes performance-related bonuses and add-ons.
This agreement follows earlier reports of clubs moving closer to a deal after a new meeting to discuss the terms' structure. Sources confirm that the final details have now been settled.
Lucumi Ready for Juventus Move
Jhon Lucumi had already agreed to personal terms with Juventus, with a reported salary of €2.5 million per season plus bonuses. His strong desire to join the Turin club played a key role in finalizing the transfer for a reported €20 million, a figure lower than Bologna's original asking price of €25 million and significantly less than his release clause of €28 million.
The Colombian defender is expected to undergo his medical examinations over the weekend to complete the transfer. Lucumi's contract with Bologna was set to expire at the end of the current season.
