Yann Bisseck has expressed enthusiasm for John Stones joining Inter, asserting that the England defender's presence will inspire the entire backline to perform at a higher level, rather than jeopardizing his own position.
Speaking with quotes from La Gazzetta dello Sport, as reported by TuttoMercatoWeb, the German international, who recently extended his contract until 2031, embraced the increased competition expected during what is anticipated to be a busy summer for defensive reinforcements at San Siro.
“It’s as it should be. We are Inter, not just any club,” Bisseck stated. “It’s natural for a squad like ours to be packed with talented players, and internal competition prevents complacency.”

Bisseck emphasized the significance of the new recruit’s caliber. “When a high-profile player joins the dressing room, it’s always a positive development,” he remarked.
