World No. 7, China`s Zheng Qinwen, shared her thoughts on Canadian Victoria Mboko, ranked 110th, following their third-round match at `Roland Garros`. Qinwen won the match with a score of 6/3, 6/4, but was impressed by her opponent.
“I am certain that she will definitely become one of the best players in the future. 100% certain, because she already has the power, she has the game. She hits the ball very strongly, has an excellent serve, a powerful game overall. She moves well on the court. Honestly, the match was very difficult, because I knew: if my mental concentration dropped even slightly, if I lost focus – she would turn the match around,” Qinwen was quoted as saying by Tennis.com.
In the fourth round of the French Open, Zheng Qinwen will face Russian player Liudmila Samsonova.
