Russian tennis player Kamilla Rakhimova and Germany`s Laura Siegemund have withdrawn from their quarter-final doubles match at the WTA 1000 tournament in Beijing. The reasons for their withdrawal have not yet been disclosed.
Consequently, their scheduled opponents, the Italian duo Sara Errani and Jasmine Paolini, automatically advanced to the semi-finals.
Errani and Paolini will now compete for a spot in the final against Latvia`s Jelena Ostapenko and Chinese Taipei`s Hsieh Su-wei.
