Former Roland Garros and Wimbledon finalist (1974) Olga Morozova has shared her thoughts on Daria Kasatkina`s possible transition to representing Australia.
Morozova stated, “I don`t know Kasatkina well as a person and cannot judge her decision. Rybakina`s switch to Kazakhstan was understandable because she lacked the financial resources to compete. Here, it`s much less clear, and her motives are hard to discern. Nevertheless, one`s homeland is immutable; wherever you live, you remain Russian,” Morozova is quoted by `Match TV`.
