Novak Djokovic Ties Andre Agassi in Miami and Indian Wells Wins

24-time Grand Slam champion Novak Djokovic of Serbia has equaled Andre Agassi`s record for victories at the Masters 1000 events in Indian Wells and Miami. This achievement comes after Djokovic`s win against Italian player Lorenzo Musetti in the fourth round of the Miami Open, with a score of 6-2, 6-2. Both Djokovic and eight-time major winner Agassi now have 98 wins at these two prestigious tournaments. Only Rafael Nadal (98) and Roger Federer (122) have surpassed this number.

Furthermore, Djokovic boasts a total of 412 wins in Masters 1000 tournaments throughout his career, making him the all-time leader in this category.

Novak Djokovic commented on Serena Williams` high standards, stating, “If Serena says a shot is not bad, by everyone else`s standards, it`s amazing.”
