Jessica Pegula on Tour Life: Why Good Hotels Become More Important with Age

World No. 3 Jessica Pegula recently commented on the realities of life as a professional tennis player, emphasizing the significant role accommodations play.

Pegula explained, “We are essentially either on the court or in a hotel room. That forms a significant portion of our existence. As I`ve gotten older, the quality of the hotel has become increasingly important to me. When you`re first starting out traveling in your 20s, you don`t tend to complain much; you`re mainly focused on working and establishing yourself on the tour. But once you reach 30 and things like a better pillow become a necessity, honestly, those details really start to matter!” She was quoted by Tennis.com.
