Jessica Pegula Calls European Hotel Pillows ‘Paper Towel Equivalent’

World No. 4 Jessica Pegula of the United States shared some of the things she finds frustrating about hotels while traveling in European countries.

She listed her complaints on social media:

`There`s no ice in any European hotel. When they block the air conditioning and you have to go downstairs and make them unblock it to get the temperature below 75° Fahrenheit (24° Celsius).

The pillows aren`t pillows. They`re the equivalent of a paper towel.

The room key for electricity (they never give you a second key). When the cleaning staff come, they take it out, so when you return the room is 80° (27° Celsius),` Pegula wrote.
