Inter director Piero Ausilio has reportedly travelled to London for discussions with Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario. Vicario is widely considered Inter Milan’s primary target for the crucial goalkeeping position next season, and sources indicate he has already expressed willingness to make the move.
Inter’s Goalkeeper Search Intensifies
With Tottenham currently battling against relegation from the Premier League, Vicario is reportedly keen on returning to Italy’s Serie A. As current Inter goalkeeper Yann Sommer’s contract approaches its expiration, the Nerazzurri are actively working to secure a new shot-stopper, having initiated preliminary talks with Vicario’s representatives several weeks ago.

Tottenham is anticipated to demand a transfer fee ranging between €15 million and €20 million for Vicario. However, if Spurs were to be relegated to the Championship, this asking price could potentially decrease further.

Throughout his tenure at Tottenham, Vicario has conceded 165 goals across 115 appearances. Notably, he was part of the squad that secured the UEFA Europa League trophy with the English club last season.
