Emma`s father, Ben Navarro, is the owner of Credit One Bank and also holds ownership of two significant tennis tournaments, the Charleston Open and the Cincinnati Open. His net worth is reported to be approximately $4.8 billion.
“I don`t read anything. I don`t know what the fans are saying. There are headlines, and they mention this [her father`s status],” Navarro stated. “That`s fine, but I didn`t grow up getting everything handed to me on a silver platter.”
She continued, explaining her upbringing: “On Saturdays at 6 a.m. we would get up and go play tennis. From childhood, the importance of learning to be resilient, working hard, being focused, and living a productive life was instilled in us. So, I don`t like being called someone`s daughter with a certain amount of money. It`s a label that I don`t like.”
