Colon cancer is among the most widespread types of cancer globally, ranking as the third most diagnosed cancer worldwide and accounting for nearly one in ten cancer cases. In recent years, there have been improvements in both treatment options and survival rates, largely due to the increase in early diagnostic screenings. However, there’s a growing concern over the rising incidence of cases in individuals under 50. Colon cancer is categorized into five distinct stages, and early diagnosis is critically important, as treatment becomes significantly more challenging and survival rates diminish with each progression in stage.
