World No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka was asked if she has ever played against someone who hits harder than her. She answered this question during her press conference after winning the WTA 1000 tournament in Madrid.
“I don`t know,” Aryna replied with a smile. “Perhaps only when practicing with guys. For instance, hitting with Rublev – that was something else! After just five minutes, I said: `Okay, that`s it, I`m done.` But power isn`t always the key to winning. You can hit very hard but still make mistakes. However, men`s serve is certainly stronger,” the Belarusian player commented.
