Former world number one Angelique Kerber has announced the arrival of her second child. Sharing the happy news on her social media platforms, the German tennis star welcomed a baby boy named Ben.
Kerber`s most recent competitive appearance was at the 2024 Olympic Games held in Paris, France, where she reached the quarterfinals stage of the tournament.
This is her second child; she first became a mother on February 25, 2023. A highly accomplished player, Kerber is a three-time Grand Slam champion, having secured titles at the Australian Open (2016), US Open (2016), and Wimbledon (2018). She also boasts a career total of 14 WTA singles titles.
