Italian international Alessandro Bastoni, a key defender for Inter Milan, is reportedly receptive to a potential transfer to Barcelona in the upcoming summer transfer window. While the player has indicated his willingness to consider a move to Camp Nou for the next season, formal discussions between the two clubs have not yet commenced.

Inter Milan is reportedly open to receiving offers for their highly-rated defender, although Barcelona has not made an official approach to the Serie A leaders. Bastoni has been a subject of transfer speculation linking him to Barcelona for several weeks. In February, Barcelona defender Pau Cubarsì praised Bastoni, calling him a “spectacular centre-back.”
Barcelona is actively seeking a left-footed central defender with strong aerial presence for the next season, and Bastoni is reportedly their top priority. However, Inter Milan has set a significant asking price, indicating they will not negotiate a sale for less than €70 million.
The 26-year-old Bastoni has showcased his all-around ability this season, contributing with two goals and six assists across 35 appearances for Inter.
